Le Maquis is a legal body that is formed with the Landlords and Dutch Technology Centre as partners, thus to guarantee a solid platform for a smooth and calm lease of a land at Labadi Beach in Accra, enabling the Foundation to commence the project.Lessor
The land is for over 150 years in possession of the Nuumo Nmashi Family of Teshie and through a partnership with Dutch Technology Centre is their interest protected.
Lessee
Dutch Technology Centre is one of the facilitating divisions to the Foundation and as such the lessee of the land.
